A:  Yes, you can add change orders to the original phase on the job, or you
can setup a separate phase to track the specific change order individually. 
Change orders can be cost change orders and /or billing change orders. The
Visual Contract Job Cost Accounting Sysytem can be used for engineering
and construction change order management processes.

Q:  Does Visual ContrAcct Job Cost Accounting Software handle back charges?

A:  Yes, it can handle back charges in construction and contractor accounting. Simply
put in a credit invoice, for the back charges, against the vendor, Job, and original
phase to.

A:  Yes, 941A, W2’s, 1099’s and Certified Payroll are handled.
